Cape Teens Rising, formerly Alternative Peer Group (APG), is a 6-month outpatient treatment program for Cape Cod teens 13 to 17 years old struggling with substance use challenges. Teens in the Cape Teens Rising program face their substance use challenges with the expert guidance of a Therapist, a Recovery Coach, and a Peer Support Staff with lived experience.

Fairwinds provides confidential, quality professional care to adults and youth on Nantucket who seek mental health and addiction services. All are welcome, regardless of ability to pay.

Falmouth Hospital, located at 100 Ter Heun Drive in Falmouth, provides 24/7 emergency care, including support for mental health and substance use crises. Their Emergency Department can evaluate and stabilize individuals in urgent situations and connect them to appropriate follow-up care and local resources.
